Sweet misery, is that not an awful paradox? Perhaps you even consider this to be a contradiction, but I can assure you that it is so far from impossible. Even that what makes you feel so miserable still can be a happiest memory of yours, which can bring a smile to your face. Without wanting to, in your mind, it is played over and over again and if you would ever need anything that makes you so happy that it would actually enable you to cast a patronus charm, it is this very memory which would be your undoubtable choice to think of.
And yet, the very remembering of the fact that what made you so happy does not exist in such a form in the present can bring you almost to the verge of tears. Despite the happiness it brings, it means utter misery. And even though 'misery loves company', it is best left alone. It is a sweet thing, this cherished memory of yours but because it is only a memory, it means also pain. Sweet misery with it's ever bitter-sweet taste...
The sweetest misery is mine...
