Another step on a path I had never expected to go - out of free will, that is. By choice. I bought a tennis shirt!
Though I wore them as a little girl, I discarted them as a sign of the fancy airs which I despised. It was a world I clearly didn't want to be part of. Thereby ignoringthat I clearly was part of it all, whether I was that happy with it, or not.

Afterwards, however, one can notice the main line of the important things of such an era, the main line in different areas in this period, whether it is a year, a decade, or an age, that does not matter much.

Pearls and pumps

When I was younger, I wore long black skirts and black lipstick. Now, I wear pumps and pearl necklaces; LBDs are my favourite clothes and in my closet, more colours can be found than that I ever imagined to be in there. I even own a yellow shirt. I wear red lipstick, and wear more make-up than ever before and even occasionally buy and read fashion magazines.

One lesson

If I learned one lesson, it is 'life is what you make of it'. As a princess, I tend to live in a world of make believe, turning a room into a palace and a plain dress into a lovely ballgown.
